Class Information

This is an Energy Medicine basic class. It is 6 weeks long and covers lots of Energy medicine topics. You can register online at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.

This class covers energy Techniques that parents and kids can use for calming the body after a long day, before sitting down to do homework to calm the mind,  preparing the mind and body ready to learn, and sleep techniques to do before bed.  This class is being held a different times at SolSpace in Murrysville and by appointment. 

This class centers around sleep techniques and tips that can help you get more rest.  We focus on hand positions, points for relaxation on the body, and what meridians can be involved with poor sleep.  This class is being held a different times at SolSpace in Murrysville and by appointment. 

This class  is for certified practitioners or those who do Reiki on themselves to deepen their understanding of Reiki healing. We learn about different hand positions, the meridians, acupuncture points, and organs different holds work with.  This class is being held a different times by appointment.
