Kathryn was first introduced to energy healing work in the early 2000s. She started working with a Quantum healer in 2017 for puzzling health issues and has never looked back. Reading and soaking in everything she could for years until Donna Eden's book "Energy Medicine" introduced her to Eden Method.

Kathryn believes that the human body can heal itself. Consciousness plays a large role in our ability to heal, where our mind goes we follow. We are born with a pearl of inherent wisdom and knowledge to heal and we can tap into the wisdom that brings resilience, radiance, and our life force. Moving through old stories and raising your consciousness, allows you to move forward in life and heal. Her own personal journey to recover allows her to be a better support to her clients and help them navigate their energy challenges.

In addition to healing work, She loves to meet up with her husband and their adult children for concerts, dinners, and new journeys. She loves to camp, travel, and walk in the woods. She is a Vision Therapist at Vision Development Institute in Pittsburgh PA. She holds a Real Estate license in the state of PA and loves to help buyers and sellers move through one of the largest life transitions in a positive way.

She Provides Group Workshops, Energy Medicine Classes, and Individual Sessions for those of all ages who wish for energetic balance, vitality, optimal health, and joy.
