An Eden Method Energy Medicine session is usually peaceful and quiet.  You remain fully clothed lying on a massage table.  Usually, a session begins with some basic energy testing using Kinesiology. Then I will start to balance the body's energy with an  Energy Balancer and begin to address your goals and issues with Protocols that bring balance to the Nine Energy  Systems.  

Your body through Kinesiology testing will tell me which energy systems would most benefit to be balanced first. Then we will work together through consultation and at-home exercises.   At the end of a session, I usually work a few minutes with the aura to help my energy systems connect with the changes.   

After the session, I will send notes on the energy systems we worked with. I can give you links to practices and exercises that you can use to support your increased balance and resilience.  Although, I am unable to predict how many sessions you might need, five or more sessions are needed to make a significant and permanent difference.  Sometimes,  severe or longstanding issues may need additional sessions.   I will have sessions offered monthly for a discounted price that you can enter your name into a drawing and for trauma survivors, if a benefactor has donated, you can apply for scholarships. Reiki is also another healing modality offered.
